Refund Policy for events

In general refunds are possible with cancelation, depending on how far ahead of time and context.

A cancelation fee will be subtracted from refunds.  Unless stated otherwise, it will be as follows.

• 25% of workshop fee if cancelation is more than a week before the event
• 50% of workshop fee if cancelation is within a week of the event.
• 75% of workshop fee if cancelation on the day of the workshop.

Cancelation fee may be waived for some circumstances, particularly in the case of illness.
